Click Lock Vinyl Flooring is easy to install.
Follow the instructions below, and you can get the job done quickly at home.
1. Firstly, acclimate the vinyl flooring by leaving the box in the room where the temperature should be between 18℃ and 29℃.
2. Then, remove all the furniture on the floor.
3. The vinyl flooring can be installed over concrete, tile, or plywood. Sub-floors must be clean, dry and smooth.
Remove all the dust and debris on the sub-floor by mopping or vacuuming.

1. Use tape measure to plan the layout of the flooring before the installation. Place a row of planks in the corner of the room.
Do not secure them but check if you need to adjust the layout.
2. Installation must start from the left to the right of the room.
Lay the first plank in the upper left corner of the wall, letting its grooved edge facing towards you.
Use spacer between the wall and the edge of the plank, always allowing a gap of at least 4mm for an expansion joint between the floor and the wall.
3. Place the end of the second plank, interlocking it with the end of the first plank.
Use a rubber mallet to tap the joint softly, ensuring a firm locking.
Continue in this way until reaching the final plank of the first row.
4. For the margin of the last plank in the first row, use the ruler to mark a line for the part you will cut.
Use a sharp utility knife to cut constantly and firmly on the same line.
The plank is split into two parts according to the cut line.
5. To start the second row, you may use the left-over part from the final plank of the first row.
Always allow at least 8'' between end-joints of the previous row to the row you are ready to install. If not, you need to cut a new plank at least 8'' in length to begin this row.
6. Interlock the long edge of the new plank into the one in the installed row.
Place the new plank to the short edge of the previous plank in the previous row with a 30-degree angle.
Similarly, use the rubber mallet to tap the joint softly after putting down the plank.
Check if they are at the same height, and you will know if you install properly.
Please make sure they are well aligned before starting the next row.
7. To achieve an ideal installation result, the following rows should be staggered.
For example, cut the first plank of the second row into 2/3 of its original length.
Cut the first plank of the third row to 1/3 of its full length. Use the rest of the pieces at the end of each row.
8. Use a string line to examine the straightness when 2 or 3 rows are done.
If the planks are not going straight, you need to trim the first row to adjust.
Continue to install in this way until the final row is done.
Always measure and cut the last plank in each row to its correct length when reaching the final plank in each row.
9. To replace the molding, please make sure a slight gap between the molding and the planks.
Nail the molding into the surface of the wall instead of the flooring.
10. Use a vacuum to remove residual dirt on the flooring surface after 48 hours. Use a wet mop or clean rag to wipe the floor.
